Sculptures

Alain Godon's bronzes carry the humour and the clean contours of his paintings into three dimensions. Angel Wings, Big Birdie, Bamboo and I Love Tango are cast in editions of eight, each with the tilted stance and playful silhouette that animate his canvases; I Love Tango was shown at the Musée départemental Matisse during Matisse-Godon. Every bronze is numbered, and the pieces range from tabletop scale to over a metre high.
