XXL is Rachel Bergeret's figure at its largest, at roughly 1.50 m. At this scale her surface work — acrylic, gold leaf and resin — reads as a composition in its own right rather than as decoration on a doll, and the fashion references she draws from her designer sketches become unmistakable. The collection is deliberately small: Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend and Midnight Couture, each conceived as a singular piece.
