Born Wild is the series Orlinski began in 2004 with a red resin crocodile. His faceted animal sculptures are polished like cut gemstones and finished in bright colours, and they turn raw animal instinct into something refined and playful. The idea has made the Paris-born sculptor one of the most recognisable names in contemporary pop sculpture.
