San Francisco Art Fair | 88 Galleries to Present at Fort Mason Pavilion

The 2025 San Francisco Art Fair, held from April 17 to 20 at Fort Mason Pavilion, showcased 88 galleries with a strong emphasis on Bay Area artists and institutions. This focus was particularly poignant given the 2022 closures of the San Francisco Art Institute and the Oakland campus of the California College of the Arts.

The fair also featured curated selections from Saint Joseph's Arts Society, highlighting designer Sylvan Fiss's "Sea Anemone Lamp" and textile artworks by Tana Quincy Arcega. Jessica Silverman Gallery made its debut with works by artists such as Isaac Julien, Clare Rojas, and Woody De Othello. Additional highlights included Larisa Safaryan's "The Creation of the Universe II" (2024), Emma Cousin's drawings, Chelsea Ryoko Wong's community-focused paintings, and Suhas Bhujbal's "Mosaic of Life" (2025), reflecting the fair's celebration of both local heritage and contemporary artistry.
