A Diego Masi installation for Museo Figari’s Intemperie cycle, bringing moving forms into dialogue with the museum’s historical context.
Created for Museo Figari’s Intemperie cycle, Autónomos used soft, breathing forms and industrial materials to engage with movement and the thought of Pedro Figari. The work extended Masi’s investigation beyond the fixed image into a changing physical presence.
Presented in September 2013, the installation placed contemporary materials in dialogue with the museum’s historical setting. The changing forms offered a physical response to questions that Masi also explores through rhythm and repetition in painting.
