PAUL ECKE
"WHITE WATER MEETS NIGHT WATER"Ecke’s new series “White Water Meets Night Water”, a collection of mixed media paintings embellished with pearls, was created to show growth in the artist’s personal and spiritual evolution. Pearls are said to carry a one-of-a-kind energy. They are believed to signify faith, enhance integrity, and advance wisdom. Often tagged as being gifts of grace and glamor, pearls also carry luminous water energy and a sense of harmony as they are created in synergy with other living creatures.
Paul Ecke is a painter of contemporary figurative and non-figurative works on canvas and panel. His works are a stunning mix of color, texture, and movement achieved through the application of oil and acrylic paints to canvas, all applied by brush, hand, and even trowel. The results are magnificent, colorful, thought and emotion-provoking images, which convey the inner strength, conviction, and complexity of the artist. Other examples of figurative and non-figurative series will also be on display.
