Beau Simmons Special Online Edition

In this film for the special online edition, Beau Simmons presents The World Needs More Cowboys, the black-and-white photograph that has become one of his best-known works.

The image carries its message in bold lettering and captures the modern cowboy spirit through a nostalgic lens. It was featured in Cowboys & Indians magazine, and the Special Western Edition, released in 2022 as an edition of 200, was published by Markowicz Fine Art with the artist as an online-only release.

Simmons works on medium and large format film, documenting ranch life and the contemporary American West.
