Kaï in the Village of St Tropez

In collaboration with Bel-Air Fine Art

One of the most exciting artists is coming to one of the world’s most beautiful cities: international street artist Kaï has opened an outdoor exhibition of five monumental sculptures in St. Tropez, France. Under the theme “Puissance de l’amour” [The Power of Love], this event  collaboration with Bel-Air Fine Art marks a significant moment in Kaï's illustrious career, as he continues his long-standing mission of spreading messages of love and planet preservation through his innovative art.

Having studied at École des Beaux-Arts in Paris and exhibited in Le Touquet-Paris-Plage in 2016, he now returns to France with this monumental outdoor sculpture exhibition.

Kaï started his artistic career at an early age and has quickly become one of the most prominent upcoming artists from the US, all while maintaining a humble and down-to-earth attitude. Thanks to his versatile talent, he continuously reinvents his practice, using different mediums and techniques. His latest series features new paintings that combine cement and bronze, materials both hard and delicate to produce, showcasing his mastery in balancing durability and fragility. The exhibition highlights Kaï's unique ability to merge these contrasting elements, symbolizing the resilience and tenderness of his artistic vision.

Like many renowned artists, Kaï's work evolves through distinct phases, yet consistently revolves around themes of love and positivity. This enduring message is particularly resonant against the backdrop of St. Tropez, a city celebrated for its natural beauty and environmental consciousness. The Ville de St. Tropez has been proactive in efforts to shield the city from climate change and maintain its resistance to industrialization, making St. Tropez an ideal location for Kaï's art, which echoes these values.

St. Tropez's port, the exhibition site, has previously hosted works by esteemed artists such as Joan Miró, Salvador Dalí, and Damien Hirst. This historical context enhances the significance of Kaï's exhibition, positioning him among the ranks of these influential figures.

As one of the most beautiful cities in the world, St. Tropez now proudly showcases one of the most talented artists of our time. The monumental exhibition is not just a celebration of Kaï's career but also a reflection of the city's dedication to fostering art that advocates for environmental sustainability.

A pivotal moment for Kaï, this event represents a major recognition of his contribution to contemporary art and reinforces his role as a vital voice in the dialogue about values such as love and environmental preservation.
