Children's art pays tribute to women artists at the Ateneu de Cerdanyola

This afternoon the children's exhibition 'Women artists, a feminine gaze' opens at the Ateneu

The exhibition "Women Artists, a Feminine Gaze", opened this Monday, can be visited in room 22 of the Ateneu de Cerdanyola until May 16. The exhibition includes the works made by children in the children's art workshops of the Ateneu's School of Arts.

The participants have explored the creative universe of women artists such as Frida Kahlo, Yayoi Kusama, Eva Armisén, Hilma af Klint, Květa Pacovská and Elisa Arimany, and have been inspired to create works of drawing, painting and volume full of color, light and expressiveness.

The initiative aims to highlight female talent in the history of art and encourage children's creativity. Admission to the exhibition is free and open to all citizens.
